TWHBEA Clarifies Napier’s Role
Lewisburg, TN - In an effort to better communicate with its members and to dispel any confusion that may exist, the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) would like to clarify Secretary Alie Napier’s role with the Association. While former Secretary Sharon Brandon actually held two positions with TWHBEA, Secretary of the Executive Committee and Registrar, Miss Napier was appointed to only the Secretary of the Executive Committee position. Executive Director Ron Thomas has been designated Registrar, and as such his name now appears on all registration papers. As Secretary of the Executive Committee, Miss Napier’s only responsibilities include attending Executive Committee meetings and compiling the minutes for those meetings. As this is an elected position, as are all the Executive Committee positions, Miss Napier continues to be employed full-time as an Attorney with Norton Law Firm in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
